On Monday, August 19th The Biltmore and Southern Tier Brewing Company join forces for a night of good food and drink. The (very) western New York brewery will be making the trip to Newton Upper Falls with five of their hand-crafted ales in tow. For his culinary part, chef Johnny Burke has a five-course prix fixe menu of gastropub-y fare planned to please beer lovers. The $65 dinner begins promptly at 7:00pm.
