Chef Stephanie Finigian and the crew are putting on a four-course feast at the Stoneham neighborhood hotspot that’s filled with early fall flavors and expertly paired with wines from the South American wine juggernaut, including Bleu Cheese Tart with shoulder bacon and pears paired with Trivento Reserve White Malbec 2022, Argentina; and Bison Medallions with walnut, amaranth cake, and sunchoke paired with Terrunyo, Peumo Vineyard, Carménère 2018, Chile (take a peek at the menu below).
