If you resolved to be a better chef this year (or need an awesome date idea), Sofra Bakery and Cafe has your back with a bevy of cooking classes in 2019 covering a smorgasbord of topics, from fearless fish-making to learning how to stock and cook from a basic pantry. The whole chef team, including Pastry Chef Maura Kilpatrick, Chef de Cuisine Didem Hosgel, and Chef/Owner Ana Sortun herself will lead these culinary adventures, imparting expert knowledge and some seriously delicious food in the process.
