The Smoke Shop Assembly Row is closing the books on their 2019 Pitmaster Dinner Series with a scintillating final chapter. On Tuesday, November 19th, they’ve invited Chef and author Amy Mills of Marion, Illinois’ award-winning 17th Street Barbecue (home of Bon Appetit’s Best Ribs in the US) to take over the pit and whip up some of her Midwest specialties for y’all. She’ll be fixin’ a three course, family-style meal from her book Praise the Lard, featuring dishes like Soul Rolls with Honey Mustard, Apricot-glazed Pit-smoked Loin, and of course her Legendary Baby Back Ribs.
