Take full advantage of apple season with fall’s most esteemed drink — hard cider. On Monday, November 4th, Blue Dragon is hosting a six course Cider Dinner featuring autumnal dishes paired with artisanal hand-crafted ciders. From 6:30 to 10:30pm, you’ll be treated to goodies that pair perfectly with the apple-y drink, like Delicata Squash with Cider Tempura and Cassia-Apple Crumble with Drunken Raisin Ice Cream.
