Try Wines from the Finger Lakes at Little Donkey

Napa, schmapa — if you want to drink tasty, sustainable wines that are a little closer to home, make your way to Little Donkey on Wednesday, March 27th to try wines from Red Tail Ridge Winery in New York State’s Finger Lakes Region. Chefs Darrell Boles and Ken Oringer are hosting a visit from Red Tail’s winemaker Nancy Irelan, who will tell you all about being a part of NY’s 1st LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Certified Winery, and their James Beard nominations. Check out the menu below for pairings like Orzo Risotto with Maine lobster, Idiazabal fondue, spring peas and pea tendril paired with Red Tail Ridge Cab Franc Rosé; and Confit Pork Belly with creamed nettles and urfa chili paired with Red Tail Ridge Frost Smoke.
