Roses are red, but rosés are pink, Select’s turning three, so let’s all have a drink! On Tuesday, April 3rd, Select Oyster Bar in the Back Bay is turning three (they grow up so fast!), and chef-owner Michael Serpa wants to celebrate with you, some industry pals, and a bunch of rosé. Friends from SRV, Myers + Chang, haley.henry, and East Boston Oysters are all coming to dinner, each prepping a course to pair with a panoply of pink wine. Tickets are $100 for this very special event, and if you’ve been to Select you know that seating inside the intimate dining room is definitely limited.
