Schlumberger Wines Meet Their Match

On Wednesday, September 15th some of Sonoma’s finest will be getting hitched at the hands of Marliave‘s Scott Herritt. The five-course marriage of food and wine, which starts at 6:00pm in the upstairs dining room, includes an appetizer tasting followed by a warm goat cheese salad, wild boar with gnocchi, Wolfe’s Neck Farms beef tenderloin Wellington and, to seal the deal, a chocolate truffle tasting. Each course will be paired appropriately with a selection from the Michel-Schlumberger vineyard – Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and La Source Syrah. Celebrate this harmonious union. Dinner costs $50 per person including tax and gratuity. Space is limited and an rsvp is required. Call 617.422.0004.
