The team from COJE Management Group is paying tribute to one of their own with a very special fundraiser and celebration of life on Sunday, July 31st. Head to RUKA Restobar in Downtown Crossing from 3:00 to 5:00pm to raise some money for the family of chef Jose Interiano, a leader in several COJE kitchens and a fixture in the industry up until his recent passing. Many of COJE’s executive chefs will be on-hand cooking up tasty bites including Steak Tacos and Mini Lolita Lobster Rolls from Lolita Cocina; Falafel Sliders and Locke Ober Beef Sliders from Yvonne’s; as well as Corn and Gouda Pupusas and Mojo Pork & Cheese Pupusas from Mariel (check out the full menu below). You can raise a glass of either Chateau Routes or La Spinetta rosé (or both) poured from magnum bottles in Interiano’s honor, plus several COJE managers will be pouring drinks and other select beverages at the bar.
