Set the soup season mood every week in Charlestown with a big ‘ol bowl of chef Conor Seip’s ramen at Monument Restaurant & Tavern. Throughout the winter you can head to the neighborhood mainstay for Ramen Wednesday and enjoy a steaming hot serving of slurpable noodles, available for dine-in, take-out or delivery starting at 5:00pm. There will be a different set-up each week as Seip & Co. rotate through favorite versions including chicken katsu with Japanese-style fried chicken, Korean BBQ pulled pork, mushroom with spicy miso broth, or braised short rib with Chinese broccoli, baby corn, and six minute egg. If it gets too hot, cool things down with a pint of something local on draft.
