Raise a Glass to Julia Child

It’s time to toast everyone’s favorite culinary Cantabrigian once again at Puritan & Company’s tenth annual Julia Child Tribute Dinner on Thursday, August 10th. Chef Will Gilson has invited a cadre of talented chefs to join him, Alexis Babineau and Rachel Dykes in the kitchen for a decadent multi-course prix fixe menu of Julia’s signature dishes, including Robert Sisca (Bistro du Midi/The Banks), Sean Blomgren (Spruce Peak Vermont), John DaSilva (Chickadee), Louis DiBiccari (Sub Rosa), Dante DeMagistris (Il Casale/The Wellington) and Tony Susi (Bar Enza), and no true Julia fan would dare miss it.

Dinner kicks off at 6:00pm at the Inman Square institution, and you can have a seat at either a communal table, out on the patio, or dine individually at the bar. Wherever you land, there’ll be a perpetually-full carafe of wine because there’s no better way to honor the lady who once said, “The best way to execute French cooking is to get good and loaded and whack the hell out of a chicken. Bon appétit.” Grab a ticket here for $150 each, which includes all your food and wine from the carafe (the full wine, beer and cocktail menu will also be available a la carte), and gratuity. If you have any Qs reach out via email, and keep an eye on the P.Co Instagram for updates on the menu.
