It’s double trouble at Ribelle on Tuesday, November 10th. As part of chef Tim Maslow’s Rabble Rouser dinner series, he’s hosting fellow Food & Wine Best New Chef 2015 Jonathan Brooks from Indianapolis’ Milktooth. Maslow and Brandon Baltzley will collaborate with visiting duo Brooks and Zoe Taylor for a one-of-a-kind prix fixe, where each dish focuses on two paired ingredients. Rabble Rouser III—It Takes Two has seatings available at 6:00 and 8:30pm for the four-chef, nine-course menu. Tickets cost $130 per person and you can pick yours up online here.
