Pitmaster Dinner with Tuffy Stone

Have a love for brisket? Can’t pass up a pulled pork sandwich? If you’re a meat lover like no other, come to The Smoke Shop – Assembly Row on Tuesday, October 16th to meet the lean, mean BBQ machine Tuffy Stone. He’s a champion pitmaster — not to mention a former Marine and classically-trained chef (in the French technique, no less) whose skill with the Q earned him a spot as a judge on “Destination America’s Barbecue Pitmasters” for five seasons.

Thanks to the folks from Maker’s Mark, Tuffy is bringing his mastery to Somerville to share it with the masses (well, at least those within the Boston area). Starting at 6:00pm, he’ll be cooking, smoking and prepping a legendary meal for you that’ll include passed apps, a cocktail and family-style dinner. Bring your questions — the time to ask them is during the meal! — because Tuffy won’t be shy about sharing his expertise.
