Reward yourself for making it to the end of the week at BISq with the suckling pig special or one of their whole animal roasts. Each week, the kitchen – a pork-loving crew if ever there were one – will be adding a shareable plate to the Friday and Saturday night offerings at the Inman Square wine bar and tapas restaurant. Chef Alex Saenz will switch thing up from week to week so you can head back again and again and again. Inside tip: arrive early and ask for your favorite part of the pig (including the head).
