Paolo Bea Wine Dinner at Il Capriccio

On Monday, May 3rd take a trip out to Waltham to taste the wines of Montefalco, Umbria. Il Capriccio will play host to Paolo Bea Vineyards for the evening, showcasing some fabulous vintages to pair with chef Rich Barron‘s five-course tasting menu. For $100 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), diners can relish the produce of early spring and see how dishes like lentils and wild boar sausage; and linguine with pancetta, asparagus, fava beans and pecorino match with a 2006 San Valentino, Umbria Rosso and a 2005 Rosso di Veo, Umbria Rosso.
