The folks from Nosh & Grog, who are currently in the process of setting up their brand new digs in Canton, are teaming up with their friends at Irish Brewing for a holiday weekend pop-up on Saturday, July 1st and Sunday, July 2nd. Choose whichever day suits you and head to the Norwood-based brewery between 1:00 and 10:00pm for an afternoon (or evening) of good eats, local beer and fun. Chefs Chelven Randolph and Pedro Fuentes will be taking inspiration from Randolph’s Southern roots, firing up the smoker and making an a la carte menu of his amazing barbecue (think: Wagyu brisket, pulled pork and smoked chicken as well as sides like braised collard greens, mac & cheese, potato salad, coleslaw, and a coal-roasted beet and watermelon salad).
