On Thursday, July 26th, Taj Boston invites fifteen lucky diners and wine lovers down into the cellar for dinner. Well, actually, the evening, part of the Hotel’s monthly dinner series, starts with a reception (at 6:30pm) in the well-stocked cellar before heading upstairs into The Café for a four-course dinner from chef Michael Mandato. Be among the attendees this time around and you’ll get to sip your way through stand-outs from the Robert Mondavi portfolio. They’ll be pouring Fume Blanc, Carneros Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Moscato D’Oro with the meal. The intimate evening costs $65 per person (not including tax or gratuity).
