Buying and dining local is important, but have you ever wondered who’s behind that farm-to-table feast? Find out with Row 34’s Professionals Only Series, where they’ll be inviting the growers, makers, and purveyors behind your favorite meals to share their stories (and their food) with you over a multi-course meal. On Wednesday, February 27th, the series kicks off with an old friend—Skip Bennett, founder and owner of Island Creek Oysters, will be collaborating with Row’s Executive Chef Jeremy Sewall on a family-style meal that will bring together new friends over old family recipes. From Smoked Haddock Chowder to Maine Lobster Casserole, this will be a hearty homestyle meal from two of the best in the local business.
