Mario LaPosta Pops Up at Pescador

Chef Mario LaPosta is taking a night off from making Neapolitan-style pizzas at da LaPosta, his award-winning Newton pizza shop, to take over the ceviche bar at Pescador on Thursday, July 27th. He will surely be bringing a Mediterranean vibe to a special multi-course tasting menu of crudo, ceviche, and other bites at the coastal-inspired grill located at the steps of the Hotel Commonwealth, thanks to his pizza apprenticing days in Rome. Dinner costs $95 per person and you can make a reservation here between 6:00 and 8:00pm, plus you can add an optional extra beverage pairing, which will be carefully selected from Pescador’s lengthy collection of wines and spirits — including one of the best mezcal lineups in the city.
