Local, Sustainable, Delicious Benefit

Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 28th – some of the city’s top culinary talent will be coming out in support of Chefs Collaborative at Local, Sustainable, Delicious: A Seasonal Celebration Featuring Boston’s Best Chefs. Show your solidarity by forking over $100 for a ticket and enjoying seasonal and sustainable nibbles from the likes of Jamie Bissonnette of KO Prime, Ed Doyle of Real Food Consulting, Will Gilson of Garden at the Cellar, Carolyn Johnson of Rialto, Jacqueline Kelly of Bravo, Tony Maws of Craigie Street Bistrot, Peter McCarthy of EVOO and host chef Michael Leviton of both Lumière and Persephone. Tickets for the event, which runs from 6:00-8:30pm at Persephone in Fort Point Channel, are available online or by phone at 617.236.5200. Proceeds benefit the Chefs Collaborative and support their work to promote local and sustainable eating and living.
