Let’s Talk About Food

Spend Saturday, October 5th rubbing elbows with like-minded food lovers at Let’s Talk About Food in Copley Square. Covering topics from school lunch to sustainable seafood, the day-long festival includes movie screenings, talks, cooking demos, town hall meetings, cook-offs and educational forums with luminaries from the local food community. Chefs like Jody Adams, Michael Leviton, Mary Dumont, Nuno Alves, Tony Maws, Josh Lewin and Ana Sortun will be sharing their expertise on subjects from The Mediterranean Diet to Funky Fermentation. You can consult with gardeners and nutritionists, charitable organizations and local food producers and purveyors. You can even cheer on public safety officials in the Men & Women in Blue cook-off. Give the event website a once over to see everything they have in store (including two free pre-event talks at Trinity Church) and to have a food-filled Saturday.
