Calling all bartenders (and enthusiastic supporters of the art)! On Sunday, June 23rd, Less Than Greater Than in Hudson is hosting the East Coast Aperitivo Cocktail Competition featuring low-ABV drinks from some of the area’s finest bar stars, all competing for a grand-prize trip to the Luxardo distillery in Italy. From 2:00pm to 5:00pm, stop by New City Microcreamery, where drink makers will be shaking up their most refreshing “aperitiki” cocktails featuring Denizen Rum and Luxardo, which you will be tasked with tasting and rating while you enjoy appetizers and snacks from chef Tom Kepner. The winner gets a trip to Italy, and a People’s Choice awardee will receive a free trip to Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans.
