A Chefly Feast of the Seven Fishes

Ever prepared a seven-fish dinner on Christmas Eve? If so, then you know how much work it can be to cook. On Monday, December 16th, leave the hassle to the professionals at Ledger in Salem, where chef Daniel Gursha and pastry chef Kate Holowchik will be cooking up a traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes. The evening will kick off at 5:30pm with a cocktail hour and live acoustic music, followed by the full spread of seven courses made by seven top tier chefs including the likes of Colin Lynch (of Bar Mezzana, Shore Leave and Black Lamb), Brian Rae (of Coppa), Andrew Taylor (of Eventide, Hugo’s, The Honey Paw), Dante de Magistris (of dante, il Casale and The Wellington), David Bazirgan (of Bambara) and Dan Bazzinotti (of Terra at Eataly). Tickets are $185 plus tax with all proceeds going to Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign, a nonprofit dedicated to ending child hunger in America.
