Le Bernardin Reunion Dinner

Chef Robert Sisca welcomes some friends and former colleagues – Ronald Hsu and Monica Glass – to join him in the kitchen at The Banks, his swanky Back Bay fish house, on Thursday, June 15th. Snap up your tickets to enjoy the reunion; the trio will be reliving the good old days working under Eric Ripert at Le Bernardin and serving up a special seafood-focused dinner inspired by their time in NYC.

Hsu has worked as executive sous chef and creative director at Le Bernardin and executive chef of Le Colonial. Today, he is the culinary director of Lazy Betty and Humble Pie in Atlanta and a 2023 James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef. Glass started her career in highly-awarded American kitchens, including Le Bernardin and Clio, until receiving an unexpected celiac diagnosis when she pivoted her career to become a pioneering gluten-free baker.

The night kicks off at 6:00pm and dinner is $185 per person (grab your spots here). The collaborative menu, which is subject to change, is below for perusing. Keep your eye on The Banks’ Instagram for updates, plus there will be an optional beverage pairing with pours from their substantial wine cellar. If you have any Qs give the restaurant a call at 617.399.0015, and get your palate primed for some high-end ingredients and great wines.
