On Wednesday, January 21st chefs David and Bob Kinkead put aside their normal brotherly sparring for an evening of collaboration. To pair with these lovely Californian bottles, the Kinkeads are working on dishes like seared Cape scallops with shrimp mousse, Mornay fingerling potatoes and malt vinegar sauce; and rack of lamb with creamed au gratin potato, baby spinach and roasted garlic.
