La Porta di Vertine at Il Capriccio

If you can’t stand another snowed-in evening – or a night of your own cooking – reserve a spot at Il Capriccio‘s February 9th wine dinner. Starting at 7:00pm, chef Rich Barron will serve up three courses plus cheese and wine director Angelo Falcone will make sure that each dish is appropriately paired with the wines of La Porta di Vertine. Vineyard manager Giacomo Mastretta and owners Dan and Ellen Lugosch will also be on hand to explain the evening’s vinous selections.
