Next up in Les Zygomates dinner series: Kenwood Vineyards. On Thursday, March 16th, reps from the Californian vineyard will be coming east to pair some of their most well-loved bottles with a four-course menu from chef Giovany Ceballos. On the evening’s menu: salmon tartare and ribeye au poivre; and among the evening’s pours: Kenwood Six Ridge Chardonnay and the Kenwood Artist Series Cabernet Sauvignon, the limited edition collaboration between Kenwood and artist Nathan Wirth, who adds his photographic explorations (a depiction of overcast spring day in the vineyard itself) to the bottle’s label.
