Industry Event – Discover Japanese Seafood

Boston-area industry friends, if you’ve been looking to explore Japanese seafood or just generally sharpen your skills with Japanese cuisine, sign yourself up for this exclusive – and educational! – afternoon tasting in the Seaport.

Led by chef Toru Oga, Japanese Cuisine Goodwill Ambassador and chef-owner of Oga’s Japanese Cuisine, the complimentary luncheon will highlight ingredients like Japanese scallops, yellowtail and red sea bream by way of three appetizers. Chef Oga will be on hand to present each dish, answer any questions and chat about the best ways to source the products.

The event, hosted by the Consulate General of Japan in Boston and co-organized by JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization), is scheduled for Monday, March 11th from 12:00-2:00pm (doors open at 11:45am) at The Westin Boston Seaport in Harbor Room III.
