Hyper Local Dinner at Tomasso

Taking local-sourcing to the next level, the team at Tomasso Trattoria is hosting a hyper-local dinner featuring ingredients from within a twenty mile radius of their Southborough spot. For the five-course menu, chef Joshua Brown looked to his friends (and, conveniently, neighbors) at area farms like A-Z Farm in Southborough, Nobscot Cheese in Framingham, Applefield Farm in Stow, Pete & Jen’s in Concord, Verrill Farm in Concord and Turtle Creek Winery in Lincoln.
