Holiday In the Kitchen at Rustic Kitchen

Every Friday throughout December and January, join host Alissa Bigelow in the Rustic Kitchen‘s Park Square cooking studio as she prepares chef Tom Holloway’s Italian holiday classic: pork braciole. Served with sweet, fresh field root vegetables, Cipollini onions, carrots, parsnips, fennel and roasted garlic, and drizzled with natural pork jus, the classic Italian dish comes with a side of sweet potato soup mélange. Not afraid to guild the lily, the Rustic Kitchen team will also be serving their mistletoe champagne cocktail, a tasty concoction made from Prosecco, ginger and cranberries. Tickets to the weekly event, which gets underway at 7:00pm, cost $85 apiece and must be purchased in advance by calling 781.575.1533.
