Every Friday throughout December and January, join host Alissa Bigelow in the Rustic Kitchen‘s Park Square cooking studio as she prepares chef Tom Holloway’s Italian holiday classic: pork braciole. Served with sweet, fresh field root vegetables, Cipollini onions, carrots, parsnips, fennel and roasted garlic, and drizzled with natural pork jus, the classic Italian dish comes with a side of sweet potato soup mélange. Not afraid to guild the lily, the Rustic Kitchen team will also be serving their mistletoe champagne cocktail, a tasty concoction made from Prosecco, ginger and cranberries.
