On Saturday, October 13th and Sunday the 14th Chef Michael LaScola will welcome Farmstead and La Laiterie chef (not to mention three time Cochon 555 champion – so you know he knows his pork) Matt Jennings for their two day ode to all things porcine. There’ll be a carving demo, a beer and charcuterie pairing class and not one, but two dining opportunities devoted to everyone’s favorite other white meat.
