Being pros at the craft of slow-roasted meats and wood oven-fired vegetables, they’ve created two take-out packages featuring traditional (but oh-so-much-better) go-tos like stout-braised lamb shanks with mint chutney, colcannon and cauliflower cheese, and corned beef and cabbage with boiled potatoes, carrots and parsnips (both of them come with Irish soda bread, of course).
