Great Bay Sheds New Light on Shellfish

Chef Adam Fuller takes a closer look at some of the lesser known shellfish in his next cooking class, scheduled for Saturday, February 16th. Oysters and mussels take a back seat as guests gather ‘round The Island at Great Bay to see some dishes featuring out-of-the-ordinary ingredients like crayfish or razor clams. Class, which starts at 11:00am and runs until 2:00pm, costs $125 per person, which also covers lunch and accompanying wines. Reservations are recommended. Call Great Bay at 617.532.5300.
