Fairsted Kitchen lets loose for late night on Tuesday, March 29th with Irish spirits and a special guest. From 10:00pm to 2:00am, Spirit Whisperer Will Isaza will be joined behind the bar by guest bartender Hugh Fiore of Eastern Standard. The cocktail pros will whisk late-nighters away with beverages featuring Glendalough Distillery’s Double Barrel Irish whiskey.
