Frank’s Fall Harvest Supper Club

FRANK

It’ll be a bounty of summer’s-end riches on Tuesday, October 4th for FRANK’s Apple Street Farm Supper Club, their monthly five-course wine dinner that showcases local ingredients, growers and producers. Grab a reservation (choose either 5:30 or 7:45 seatings) and head to the Beverly home base of chef Frank McClelland for courses like smoked scallop paired with sunchoke velouté, roasted sunchokes, sunchoke chips and hazelnut oil; and house-made gnocchi, served with braised rabbit, roasted mushroom, chestnuts and brown butter. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines from Italy, Spain and California — even the dessert of German apple cake with cardamom créme anglaise. Dinner is $125 per person, and you can give them a call at 978.998.4946 with any questions about ingredients and allergies. If you can’t make it to dinner this month, follow all the FRANK action on IG or sign up for their e-newsletter on their website (at the bottom of the page) for updates on the next Supper Club, which happens on the first Tuesday of every month.
