In celebration of the arrival of autumn, chef Mark Allen hosts a Fall Harvest Wine Dinner at Le Soir on Friday, September 23rd. The five-course dinner includes course like prosciutto and salsify strudel with mustard dressing; butternut squash veloute; roasted sturgeon wrapped in bacon with choucroute; braised short ribs with sweet potato puree; and pumpkin flan with cranberry compote.
