Chef-owner Ana Sortun is reviving Oleana‘s live music program for a one-night-only benefit concert. Musicians Garo and John, who used to perform at the restaurant back in the day, will be playing live on the Oleana Facebook page on Thursday, May 14th from 7:00-8:00pm. Tune in to enjoy the Eastern Mediterranean tunes and transport yourself to a different time and place – namely, the lush patio at Oleana on a warm summer night. You can even order some dinner from sister restaurants Sofra or Sarma to really get in the spirit. Proceeds from the concert will go into a fund that will be distributed to the Oleana staff, 42 in all, who’ve been unemployed for two months now.
