Everybody Must Get Stone

On Monday, October 21st, The Biltmore Bar & Grille welcomes the folks from 2011’s All-Time Top Brewery on Planet Earth (at least according to Beer Advocate magazine) for dinner. Culinary Director Dave Nevins The Biltmore’s Executive chef Frank Toohey have put their heads together to create a seasonally-driven five-course menu to pair with the Californian brewery’s hoppy, full-flavored ales.
