If you love dumplings, but always thought they were too hard to make at home, think again. Executive Chef Ashley Lujares of Myers + Chang will teach you the ins and outs of dumpling making as well as all the skills you need to recreate them in the comfort of your home. In addition to learning how to fill, fold and cook two of Myers + Chang’s most popular dumpling recipes, you’ll be treated to pastries and coffee from sister restaurant Flour Bakery.
Your ticket includes a recipe booklet for making dumplings at home, and (best of all) Dim Sum Brunch with your fellow classmates. Add on exclusive copy of Myers + Chang at Home signed by chef-owner Joanne Chang herself for $34 — you’ll be able to pick up the tome during the workshop. A spot in class is $125 plus a processing fee, and there are only 12 spaces for each Saturday session (October 12th, November 2nd and December 7th) so scoop up a ticket quickly.
