Butcher, baker, candlestick maker – CREATE Boston has it all, back for its fifth year of culinary and visual arts. The brainchild of Tavern Road’s chef Louis DiBiccari, the event partners local chefs, bartenders and artists to showcase their talents at the Boston Innovation and Design Center on Sunday, October 2nd. Up-and-coming painters, songwriters, sculptors and more will provide the inspiration for dishes and drinks from chefs Brian Mercury (Oak + Rowan), Colin Lynch (Bar Mezzana), Tony Messina (Uni) and bartenders Sebastian Canas (Drink), Will Isaza (Tiger Mama), Sam Treadway (Backbar), Tenzin Samdo (Tavern Road), Dan Lynch (Blue Dragon) and Michael Ray (Outlook), among others. The event runs 2:00-5:00pm and tickets to see – and taste – the 2016 creations are available online here.
