A Corny (& Tomato-y) Tribute

The team at 80 Thoreau is hosting their sixth annual celebration of local, late season staple crops: corn and tomatoes. From Wednesday, August 23rd, through Saturday, September 9th, chef Carolyn Johnson is offering a four-course prix fixe, chock-full of summer flavors, in addition to the regular menu.
