See what the city has to offer when some of the Cambridge area’s best chefs and bartenders share their talents at Cooking for a Cause. The tasting takes place at the Royal Sonesta on Friday, June 17th, in support of East End House, a neighborhood non-profit that employs a holistic approach to supporting the development of children and youth from under-resourced families.

The chef lineup includes East End House’s own Miguel Chavez alongside Dante de Magistris, Andy Husbands, Brian Dandro, Jeremy Sewall, Tony Maws, Will Gilson, William Kovel, Brian Mercury, Peter McCarthy, Peter Quinion, Robert Gonzalez, Nick Deutmeyer, Doug Rodrigues, Tony Susi, Louis DiBiccari, Greg Reeves and more.

On the beverage side, local drink wizards like Patrick Gaggiano of Brick & Mortar, Will Thompson of Yvonne’s, Will Isaza of Tapestry, Matthew Schrage of Highball Lounge, Ezra Star of Drink and Chrissy Geddes of Fairsted Kitchen will keep your glass refreshed, featuring wine and spirits like Berkshire Mountain Distillers, J. Lohr Vineyards, Lexington Bourbon Whiskey and Privateer Rum.

The evening runs 6:00-10:00pm with live music, and live and silent auctions (items include weekend getaways, sports packages and fine dining at spots like Myers + Chang, State Park, Abby Lane and others). Tickets are available for $150 each—pick yours up online here.
