Cooking & Baking with Vicki Lee

Belmont’s queen of sweets, Vicki Lee Boyajian, shares some of her expertise at her Winter Cooking & Baking Series, which starts with a Cooking for Two class on Wednesday, February 19th. Extend the Valentine’s Day romance with an evening of collaborative culinary fun. You and your loved one will learn how to recreate some signature dishes from Boyajian and chef de cuisine Jason Reed including crispy pan seared tuna rolls, potato dumplings, shaved kale salad and a kohlrabi and watercress salad, and easy seafood pasta fra diavolo. Pastry Chef Melissa King will share some of her cupcake-making and decorating tips. Classes, which are limited to twenty students, cost $100 each and start at 6:30pm (but you should plan on being there by 6:15pm just in case).
