If pitchers of green beer and lines at bars aren’t quite what your inner leprechaun is looking for this St. Paddy’s, elevate your celebrations with an elegant Irish Dinner at Clink. on Thursday, March 14th. The stylish eatery tucked into the Liberty Hotel in Beacon Hill is putting on a three-course spread with curated Irish beers and spirits pairings that will properly (and tastefully) honor the spirit of St. Patrick. Check out chef Daniel Kenney’s menu below for matchups like “Potato Skins” with American caviar, Maine lobster, guanciale, and crème fraiche paired with Irish mule; and 12-Hour Stout Braised Short Rib of Beef “Irish Stew” with local root vegetables and roquefort pudding paired with a pint of Guinness.

Dinner costs $89 per person and you can snag your spots here. The night kicks off at 6:30pm with a welcome cocktail (Jameson & ginger) and passed bites of Seared Yellowfin Tuna on Potato Toast, so don’t be late and miss a bite, and be sure to book your spot by the deadline, Tuesday, March 12th. If you want to stay out a little later you can also stick around after dinner for the hotel’s “Fashionably LATE” fashion show in the rotunda at 10:00pm, which will feature at live DJ and looks from REVIVALS Vintage.
