Chopps Wine Dinner

Blue skies, sunshine, and lots of wine: on Friday, March 16th, while away your winter woes with a tour through California Wine Country, courtesy of CHOPPS American Bar & Grill in Burlington. Starting at 6:30pm, you’ll be treated to passed apps and bubbles from Napa’s Domaine Chandon, followed by a special three course dinner from Chef Stefano Zimei designed to show off some of the best old grape juice from the Golden State. From baked oysters with Duckhorn Chardonnay to peppercorn crusted New York Strip with Silver Oak Cabernet, you’ll get to enjoy some of the biggest names in New World wine with a scrumptious East Coast meal.
