Chef Nick Dixon & Co. are welcoming their friends from Castle Island Brewing Co. to collaborate on a four-course meal with four beers to match. From the aptly named Lincoln Lager to the Fiver Hazy India Pale Ale, there’ll be a beer for every palate. More of a wine-o? Well, they’d recommend trying the Barrel-Aged Bushwell, a sour ale with apricot aged in sauvignon blanc barrels. It’s described as lightly-oaked with a bright acidity and hints of white grape, and pairs well with aged cheese and dried fruit – enough said.
