The Chocolate Bar at Café Fleuri is back for its 23rd season. This time around, pastry chef Jed Hackney is allowing his nibbly guests to sample dishes with a wide range of cocoa percentages, spanning the full range of chocolateness . Guests will have the opportunity to peruse five stations filled with sweet options – look out for offerings like mango white chocolate chili mousse parfait (0% cocoa), spiced pumpkin and milk chocolate cake (40% cocoa) and guanaja cremeaux with olive oil and sea salt (70-80% cocoa). The inaugural cocoa celebration, which costs $40 for adults and $25 for kids ages 5-12, will take place on Saturday, September 10th and every Saturday thereafter until June 30th, 2012.
