Bushels & Books at Zebra’s

On Tuesday, October 15th chef Brendan Pelley welcomes author Amy Traverso to celebrate fall’s favorite fruit, and the subject of her cookbook: apples. The two will pair up to craft a four-course menu featuring the star ingredient and inspired by Traverso’s recipes in The Apple Lover’s Cookbook. Dinner begins in the dining room of Zebra’s Bistro at 6:30pm and costs $60 per person (which includes a signed cookbook) with an optional drink pairing for an additional $25.
