Let the wine-loving team at Forage demystify the small-but-mighty wine region of Burgundy for you at their next wine dinner, scheduled for Tuesday, November 16th. Chef Eric Cooper and sommelier/co-owner Stan Hilbert will be exploring a selection of natural, biodynamic wines from the legendary, terroir-conscious region as paired with two four-course menus (one for the omnivores and one for the vegetarians – both with an optional cheese course, if you want to go all out). Have a peek at both menus below, then once you’ve decided which one suits you, you can book your table ($90 per person) or place your order for pick-up and enjoy your wine dinner at home ($140 for two).
