Every week the Burlington restaurant invites guests to snag a spot at the bar to try a specialty burger created just for the occasion by chef Nick Panagos. One week it might be an 8oz house dry-aged blend with bacon au poivre and fontina, and the next it could be an 8oz black pepper-crusted house grind blend with marsala caramelized onions, applewood smoked bacon, gruyere and dijonnaise on an onion roll.
